Scott brings nearly three decades of extensive experience in sales, call center operations, and financial services. Previously, Scott was the Vice President of call center operations at Encore Capital Group.
As Chief Financial Officer, Rick Gross is responsible for all finance, accounting and treasury functions. He has more than 20 years of experience, having served as a financial officer for growth companies for most of his career.
Ravi Radhakrishnan is an accomplished leader with 20 years of experience in consumer financial services industry. He has held executive positions in marketing, product, risk and analytics functions across top banks and fintech driving significant portfolio growth by developing and executing integrated strategies.
Joseph Kotula brings more than 20 years of leadership and consumer debt relief marketing experience to the role of Chief Marketing Officer. He spearheads the development and execution of the company’s marketing strategy, including client acquisition and business development.

Nick Kosmas oversees ClearOne Advantage’s national legal functions, navigating the specialty finance industry’s compliance and regulations. Previously, Kosmas served as managing counsel for Laureate Education, Inc., an international leader in the educational services industry.
As Executive Vice President, Jon Repetti is responsible for HR and talent acquisition and focuses on compensation strategy, workforce planning, training and development, and employee relations. He has more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry.
Duane Sherman is Sr. Vice President of Finance and Accounting, responsible for the company’s internal and external financial reporting, planning and analysis, and all accounting operations. He is a dynamic senior finance and accounting leader with 25 years of extensive experience.
Janette Rubino brings more than 15 years of financial experience to the role of Vice President of Negotiations. She joined ClearOne Advantage as the Director of Negotiations in 2010 and has helped it become one of the fastest growing debt settlement companies in the country.
