Step 1: Get Your Custom Plan

You’ll start with a free, no-obligation consultation where a ClearOne Advantage Certified Debt Specialist reviews your situation and builds a plan that fits your budget. Together, we’ll determine your affordable monthly payment, typically up to 40% lower than what you’re paying now.

Step 2: Make Your First Payment

Once your plan begins, you’ll make your first monthly payment into your own FDIC-insured savings account. This is a secure place where your funds grow until you’re ready to settle with creditors. Every payment moves you closer to freedom.

Step 3: Approve Your Settlements

When you have built up enough funds, we negotiate with your creditors to agree on reduced balances. You’ll always review and approve each settlement before it’s finalized and before any payment is made toward the settlement. Many clients end up paying significantly less than they originally owed.

Step 4: Graduate and Move Forward

Once your final settlement is complete, you become are free from your enrolled debt! You can stop worrying about debt and focus on the things you care about most.

FAQs

There is no up-front cost to enroll with ClearOne Advantage. Once a settlement is approved by you and at least one payment is made to the creditor, ClearOne Advantage’s fee is earned. The fees are a percentage of the enrollment amount of the debt.

Every settlement offer and ClearOne Advantage’s fee for each settlement are presented to you for approval, so there are no surprises. You approve every settlement, so you’re in control.

The amount of time you are in the program is based on the amount of debt enrolled, the amount you have agreed to deposit into your dedicated account each month, and the consistency of those monthly payments. Our average program graduate who makes all payments as agreed during their program takes approximately 2451 months to complete their plan.
Debt resolution will have a negative impact on your credit score, but it’s not as bad as bankruptcy  which stays on your credit report for seven years.  Consider your priorities – what is most important to you? Getting out of debt? Buying a home? Your total debt is the second most important factor in determining your credit score. Improving your debt to income ratio will ultimately open more doors for buying a car or house in the future than keeping an average credit score with unmanageable debt. Your credit score is always changing, and with some diligence, you can rebuild it.  Completing your program with ClearOne Advantage is a great start.
